I confess Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior of my life. I believe that God has raised Jesus from the dead and forgiven me of all my sins. I now make Jesus the head of my life; He will now guide every decision I make. I receive Jesus into my heart and repent from all my sins. In Jesus name, Amen
