Dr. Andujo
Dr. Juliano A. Andujo is a native of Los Angeles, California, and was reared in Champaign, Illinois. Dr. Andujo has thirty years of pastoral excellence in the Christian Methodist Episcopal (CME) Church. A servant-leader in the CME Church, Pastor Andujo has been appointed to six churches across the nation spanning the West, Midwest, Northeast, and East Coast regions. He has grown churches, purchased churches and property, restored churches to financial health, and restructured churches for stability. Pastor Andujo's ministry is marked by a strong preaching and teaching ministry.
Pastor Andujo educational journey began at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science. Later, he matriculated at Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary in Evanston, Illinois receiving his Master of Divinity degree. In California, he earned the Certification in Social Justice and Civic Engagement at the University of Southern California. Pastor Andujo received his Doctor of Ministry Degree from Duke School of Divinity in Durham, North Carolina.
Dr. Andujo served on and was elected to numerous boards: In the CME church, he was elected as General Conference Delegate for the past five quadrennials, appointed to the Connectional General Board of the CME church, and appointed to numerous committees and commissions; In the New York/Washington Region, he served as Chair of the Committee on Ministerial Examination, member of the Joint Board of Finance, and Social Justice Chair for the Washington-Virginia District; In the Southern California Region, he was Presiding Elder of the Los Angeles District, Chair of Joint Board of Finance, Regional Coordinator for the Southern California Region, and member of the Committee on Ministry He served as President of Ministerial Alliances in both Southern California and Washington, D.C. Administrative work includes hosting conferences, assisting Bishops, directing 501c3's, social justice work, managing commercial and community property, and written numerous grants.
Pastor Andujo ministers to the world traversing community, municipal, national, and international regions. Pastor Andujo engages risk-taking mission by sending missionaries and resources to Tabarre, Haiti every December. He passionately pursues justice by organizing protest movements for residents suffering from the ills of gentrification; though these movements, the community affectionate calls him, "our pastor." Effective evangelism and growing grassroots organizing are hallmarks of his community ministry winning souls in the thousands. Pastor Andujo preaches to a national audience every Sunday morning as he most eagerly serves God’s flock in preparation for preaching and teaching.
A pastor-at-heart, Pastor Andujo is lead by the word, “Preach the word of God. Be prepared, whether the time is favorable or not. Patiently correct, rebuke, and encourage your people with good teaching.” 2 Timothy 4:2 (New Living Translation).
